De Lemos is a wine farm, luxury hotel and high-class restaurant and an awarded architectural project in Viseu, Portugal. The building and the roof circle the hill and are naturally inserted into the landscape. It showed leaks since the beginning of the construction. With our KÖSTER TPO membranes the leaking problems were solved.
